All projects are executed based on a mutually approved Statement of Work (SOW) that defines scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines.

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals necessary for on-time delivery.

All deliverables remain property of getin10min until payment is completed. Rights transfer per SOW terms.

Invoices follow SOW milestones. Delays in payment can result in delivery pauses or extra charges.

Both parties agree to safeguard all shared data, materials, and discussions.

getin10min is not liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the total amount paid for the project.

Any scope changes require a written amendment. Either party may terminate upon written notice and settlement.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
